Compact Joint - 48F and 144F (OP001-09)

The Compact Joints primary application is for jointing optical fibre cables together at cable element level. The joint is ideal for use as a Cable Chamber Joint, Track Joint or Spur Joint due to its capacity and compact size. It is available in two sizes, of 48 fibre and 144 fibre maximum splicing capacity. The splice trays are factory fitted and each tray can accommodate up to 12 spliced fibres. A multi-functional bracket is supplied with the joint (aerial joint) which enables wall or pole mounting of the joint vertically or horizontally.


Compact Single Circuit Joint (OP002-11)

The Compact Single Circuit Joint allows the termination of up to 96 fibres (4 fibres per tray). The joint is available with either 6 circular ports or 1 oval port and 4 circular ports.


Modular Jointing System – MJS-CP (OP010-10)

The Modular Jointing System (MJS-CP) is used for access applications within the external optical network and can be used for track, spur and loop applications. It can accommodate a wide variety of cables such as loose tube, central loose tube, ribbon and blown fibre. The modular tray system is designed for positive fibre management for Single Circuit Management (SCM) and Single Element Management (SEM), and the splice trays can accommodate a variety of different types of splice protectors and splitters.


Optical Joint Box EWMJ (OP032-01)

EWMJ joint boxes are specially designed to provide the maximum versatility for OPGW cable splicing, which enables their use in OPGW and other optical cable systems. The joint box is made of aluminium alloy and has a maximum capacity of 192 fibre splices. A pre-moulded neoprene anti-aging gasket, perfectly inserted in the groove of the cover, provides an excellent sealing against dust and water-jets.


Universal metallic joint closure XOK (OP041-02)

The XOK universal joint closures are designed to provide water and pressure tight environmental protection for optical fibres and optical fibre splices regardless of the cable design. Application ranges from aerial, duct to buried installations. The closure has anchoring points for strength members and facilities for earthing of metallic elements. The splice organizer trays offer holders for heat shrink splice protectors and sufficient space for storage of spare fibres. The closure is easily assembled and re-entered.


Compact Multi-Function Joint - CMJ (OP053-07)

The Compact Multi Function Joint (CMJ) is for jointing optical fibre cables. The joint is ideal for use as a Cable Chamber Joint, Track Joint, Spur Joint or Distribution Joint due to its capacity and compact size. It has a maximum capacity of 144 fibres. The splice trays are factory fitted and each tray can accommodate up to 12 spliced fibres. A multi-functional bracket can be supplied with the joint which enables wall or pole mounting of the joint vertically or horizontally. The joint has four circular ports for mechanical entry glands, one oval port for heat shrink entry and two additional small circular ports also for heat shrink entry.


Medium Multi-Function Joint - MMJ (OP057-01)

The Medium Multi Function Joint (MMJ) is for jointing optical fibre cables. The joint is ideal for use as a Cable Chamber Joint, Track Joint, Spur Joint or Distribution Joint due to its capacity and compact size. It has a maximum capacity of 288 fibres. The splice trays are factory fitted and each tray can accommodate up to 12 spliced fibres. A multi-functional bracket can be supplied with the joint which enables wall or pole mounting of the joint vertically or horizontally. The joint has four circular ports for mechanical entry glands, one oval port for heat shrink or mechanical entry and two additional small circular ports also for heat shrink entry.


FST - Small Size Fibre Joint (HT002-08)

The FST - Small Size Fibre Joint is primarily used for local distribution of optical cables in both aerial and underground optical fibre networks. The joint is circular in shape, small in size and offers high flexibility due to the cable entry options presented by the number of joint base options available. The base configurations offer 3, 10 or 12 round cable ports together with one oval port for loop through applications. The joint cap and base is sealed with a rolling “O” ring and clamp mechanism.


FRBU - Mid Size Fibre Joint (HT003-09)

The FRBU Mid Size Fibre Joint is primarily used for local distribution of optical cables / blown fibres in both aerial and underground optical fibre networks. The joint is circular in shape and compact. The base configuration offers 8 round cable ports together with one oval port for loop through applications. The joint cover is fitted with a pressure release valve and its cap / base is sealed with a rolling “O” ring and clamp mechanism. Cable entries can be sealed using either mechanical cable entry kits (CablelokTM) and/or heatshrink sleeves.


FML - Large Fibre Joint (HT004-11)

The FML - Large Fibre Joint is primarily used as for the distribution of optical cables / blown fibres in both aerial and underground optical fibre networks. The joint is circular in shape, large in size and the base offers 12 round cable ports and also one oval port for loop through applications. The joint cover (available in 4 different lengths to suit) is fitted with a pressure release valve and the cap and base are sealed with an “O” ring and clamp mechanism.


UFC - Universal Fibre Joint (HT005-11)

The UFC - Universal Fibre Joint is a high capacity enclosure primarily used for local distribution of optical cables / blown fibres in both aerial and underground optical fibre networks. The joint is circular in shape and offers high flexibility due to the cable entry options presented by the joint base. The single base configuration offers 28 round cable ports together with two oval ports for loop through applications. The joint cover is fitted with a pressure release valve and has its cap and base are sealed with an “O” ring and clamp mechanism. joint for both single fibre and ribbon fibre splicing.
