There’s no better way to understand a role than to try it for yourself. So to help you sharpen your skills within
the Prysmian Group, we’ve developed a fully interactive training program.
Working with international faculty and line managers, you’ll be engaged in a wide range of inspiring assignments and working groups that will take you on an experiential learning journey. Along the way your learning will be supported face-to-face lectures, case history studies, incident analysis, team-building assignments, simulations and role playing techniques.
