Admission to listing on the “Vienna MTF” of Euro 750 mln Prysmian convertible Bonds

 

Following the press release dated 26 January 2021 whereby Prysmian S.p.A. (the “Company”) announced the issuance of equity-linked bonds for an amount of Euro 750,000,000, maturing on 2 February 2026, offered only to institutional investors, called “Prysmian S.p.A. Euro 750 million Equity Linked Bonds due 2026", issued on 2 February 2021 and which became convertible into ordinary shares of the Company following the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2021 (the “Bonds”), the Company announces that, with effect from (and including) 14 June 2021, the Bonds will be listed on the “Vienna MTF” of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
